As the team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers on a daily basis. Duties and requirements include; • Reading site plans • Manual Drivers licence • Identify plants • Speed spade • Collect staff in morning • Meet with client onsite daily • Follow WH&S system The work will be both Hourly rate and Piece Rate. Due to the nature of the work, we need people who are extremely fit, hardworking and able to keep up with the demands of commercial and residential landscaping and large scale planting works.
