Extend Oz is currently looking to engage an experienced Sous Chef to work on a full-time basis for one of our hospitality clients based in Alstonville, NSW.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience in bistro cooking
- An understanding of current pub dining trends and tastes
- Ability to manage WHS requirements
- The ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff at a lower level
- Experience in running high-volume kitchens in a similar environment
