Extend Oz is looking to engage an energetic Parts Interpreter for logistics company we partnered with based in Brisbane, QLD.
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- Experienced and motivated parts person
- Be especially customer service oriented
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer skills when navigating our parts programs along with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the workplace
- Physically fit to be able to lift heavy items
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Be able to facilitate efficient parts interpreting for both trade & retail customers
- Answering phone calls from customers and front counter enquiries
- Handle internal & external phone calls as required
- Supporting the Service Department with picking parts
- Understanding and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Other duties as required time to time as directed by the Manager
