Extend Oz is seeking to engage a Front Office Manager to work full time in a prominent resort in Pemberton, WA.

The role is based on a beautiful resort with many activities available to keep you entertained, including fishing, kayaking, golf and more.

This is a full time role, responsible for the Front Office which provides our first point of contact for all our members and guests on the resort, assisting with all aspects of their stay, including check in, check out, guest inquiries, providing information on resort facilities and services and associated reception duties.

  • Managing the front office team and working as part of the wider Resort management team.
  • Ensuring a high degree of customer service at the front office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the resort and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
  • Optimizing revenue opportunities, seeking out business efficiencies in room inventory management and sales.
  • Planning with Resort Management in relation to reservations, groups, functions and events bookings.
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts, adhering to confidentiality policies and procedures.
