Extend Oz is looking to engage an experienced Assistant General Manager to work at a well known bar in Mandurah WA.
  
As Western Australia's largest regional city, Mandurah is known for its beautiful waterways and relaxed holiday atmosphere. There are plenty of accommodation options to choose from and an excellent range of restaurants located along the estuary foreshore and the Mandurah Boardwalk.
  
Sponsorship is available for strong candidates.
  

  • Act as liaison between front-line employees and the general manager.
  • Work in tandem with team members and provide training and correction as necessary.
  • Monitor store inventory and report any needs to the general manager.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and comments as needed.
  • You will help on getting new ideas for development and implementation of new promotions.
  • You will handle the social media accounts for scheduling posts for better promotions.
  • You will ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a professional, timely appropriate and effective manner.

  
Successful applicant must be prepared to work nights and weekends.
