Junior Web Developer - Full time - Preston VIC

Extend Oz is looking to engage an innovative Junior Web Developer for one of our partners in the IT industry based near Preston VIC.

We are searching for a Junior PHP web developer full time, which is hooked in to developing software and solving tricky problems.

You’ll play a vital role as part of our team and be actively involved in maintaining and developing web/mobile systems and supporting our clients.

You’ll be working onsite – Immediate start available

Must haves;

• A degree in Computer Programming (or related field).
• Previous work experience in software development. Experience in writing code in MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery.
• Knowledge in Web API/RESTful. Ability to solve and analyze problems.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Front and backend web/mobile development.
• Build a new function and improve general user experience.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Provide minor tech support to assist our clients for using the software.
