Extend Oz is currently looking to engage a Sous Chef with one of our partners in the Hospitality industry based in Mornington VIC.
The role is based in a prominent hotel which features a newly renovated impressive bistro, sports bar, function areas and more.
The successful applicant must possess:
- The ability to create a Modern Australian menu that is innovative, seasonal and cost effective, without compromising on quality.
- An understanding of current pub dining trends and tastes
- Ability to manage WHS requirements
- The ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff at a lower level.
