Job Description (daily duties, special requirements and any relevant experience necessary)
Extend Oz is currently looking to engage a Sous Chef to work with a busy kitchen team based in Melbourne, VIC.
You will help in ensuring that all food preparation, presentation and service are of excellent quality all the time.
The position will suit an enthusiastic and professional person who is able to work in a team environment whilst playing a vital role in delivering and presenting high quality food.
Flexibility in working varied days and hours, including weekends, loves working in a fast paced busy environment.
To be considered for this position you will need to have the following skills:
Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety.
Strong communication skills, grace under pressure and an active team player.
Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet, strong food knowledge.
Qualifications need to be part of your application Immediate start would be an advantage.
