Extend Oz is currently looking for Bartender for our partners in Hospitality Industry based in Mandurah WA.
As Western Australia's largest regional city, Mandurah is known for its beautiful waterways and relaxed holiday atmosphere. There is plenty of accommodation options to choose from and an excellent range of restaurants located along the estuary foreshore and the Mandurah Boardwalk.
To be considered for this role you should:
• Be available at both days at weekends
• Complete Responsible Service of Alcohol training and update as required.
• Present the bar in a clean and tidy manner.
• Keep the lounge area neat and tidy.
• Provide drink service and have a sound knowledge of the types of drinks being used.
• Setting tables.
• Customer service – food and beverage.
• Basic food preparation and serving.
• Housekeeping and cleaning.
