Job Description (daily duties, special requirements and any relevant experience necessary)

Extend Oz is looking to engage a qualified Commis Chef to join a 4 star hotel in a part time role located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across the hotel's suite of food and beverage offerings including the Restaurant and Lounge Bar, private dining rooms, 24 hour in-room dining and superb conferencing and wedding packages.

The successful candidate will have:

Relevant trade qualifications
Experience in commercial cooking
Extensive experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen with 4 star experience highly regarded
Flexibility to work around a varying roster - you will receive a minimum of 20 hours per week
Demonstrated ability to work in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
