Extend Oz is currently looking to engage an experienced Sous Chef and FOH Staff to join an Italian restaurant based in eastern suburb of Melbourne, VIC.
The successful applicant will possess:
Experience in the notable restaurant industry
A strong Italian food knowledge is preferred
Ability to manage WHS requirements
The ability to work under pressure
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff at a lower level
Experience in running high-volume kitchens in a similar environment
