Extend Oz is looking to engage an experienced Property Manager to join a reputable Real Estate company based in Albury, NSW.
This is a full-time position and will incorporate all aspects of Property Management with the potential to continue grow and develop within the business.

Duties:
-Manage an established portfolio
-Maintain strong communication with both landlords and tenants
-Manage tenant selection
-Management and co-ordination of maintenance activities
-Conduct entry/exit inspections and routine property inspections
-Management of lease renewals and rent increases
Requirements:
-Minimum 12 months experience in the real estate industry
-NSW Certificate of Registration & VIC Agents Representative or Full Real Estate Licence
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
