Extend Oz is currently looking to engage an experienced Chef or Cook to work in a pub/bistro based in eastern suburb of Melbourne, VIC.
The successful applicant will possess:
Experience in bistro cooking
An understanding of current pub dining trends and tastes
Ability to manage WHS requirements
The ability to work under pressure
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff at a lower level
Experience in running high-volume kitchens in a similar environment
Pay rate will be according to qualification and in accordance with the Hospitality Award.
Must be available to work splits and weekends.
Immediate start would be an advantage.
