Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Sous Chef to work on a full-time basis for one of our hospitality clients based in Albury, NSW.

The successful applicant will possess:
An understanding of current pub dining trends and tastes
Ability to manage WHS requirements
The ability to work under pressure
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff at a lower level
Experience in running high-volume kitchens in a similar environment
