Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Sous Chef to work on a full-time basis for one of our hospitality clients based in Wollongong/Illawarra region, NSW.
Knowledge of Australian Pub Cuisine and fine dining needed.
Salary is between $65-$69,000 + Super starting ASAP.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is excellent quality at all times;
Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service;
Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times;
Maintaining personal presentation and behaviour to leave a good impression on customers and other staff members.
