Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Head Chef for one of our hospitality clients based near Sydney CBD.
Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary will be $70,000 + Super + Benefits
Lively and busy pub/hotel venue.
Knowledge of Australian Pub Cuisine needed.
Duties & Responsibilities;
Lead kitchen team in daily duties
Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is excellent quality at all times;
Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service;
Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times;
