Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Sous Chef to work on a contract basis for one of our hospitality clients based in Harrietville, Victoria.

Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Competitive hourly rate + Super + Overtime rates.

Onsite accommodation available.

Knowledge of Australian Pub Cuisine and fine dining needed.

Duties & Responsibilities;
Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is excellent quality at all times;
Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service;
Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times;
Maintaining personal presentation and behaviour to leave a good impression on customers and other staff members.
