Extend Oz are looking to engage an innovative and experienced Cafe and Bar Assistant Manager for work in the Sydney CBD.

You will work across all areas of the venue and have the opportunity to coach and further develop your team.

Duties:

You must be able to;
Manage costs
Sales budgets
Manage the floor during busy service periods
Maintain a high level of customer service
Train & recruit staff
Coordinate FOH roster
Manage operational workflow
Maintain a positive working environment for staff.
Stock control (including ordering)
Liaise with Team Managers (including Chef for menu items & specials)

Positions are based on a Full Time basis.

Pay is at industry award rates or salaried.
