Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Head Chef to work on a contract basis for one of our hospitality clients based in Harrietville, Victoria.

Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay will be $29-$31ph + Super + Overtime rates.

Onsite accommodation available.

Knowledge of Australian Pub Cuisine and fine dining needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen team in daily duties
Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is excellent quality at all times;
Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service;
Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times;
