Extend Oz are looking to engage an Allocations Assistant to work with one of our major Landscape and Gardening Clients, based in Sydney or Port Macquarie.

This position is starting asap and will offer 30+ hours per week to the right candidate. 

Tasks include;
Organise recruited staff 
Workforce Planning 
Take job bookings via phone and email
Allocate team to jobs daily across Australia
Great levels of English
Excellent personality essential
9am-5pm
