Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced Sous/Head Chef, to work at a Hotel and Pub, for the duration of the Victoria Ski Season. 

This will be a 3/4 month contract, based just 45 minutes away from one of the most popular ski resorts in Australia. 

Your duties will include;
Cooking amazing Australian pub dishes 
Maintaining a high standard of presentation 
Staying up to speed on temp checks, cleaning schedules and other food/hygiene procedures
Thriving under pressure in our busy kitchen
Assisting with acceptance and storage of deliveries

FREE On-site accommodation available.

Contract rates + Overtime apply
