Extend Oz are currently looking to engage an experienced FOH Manager for one of our reputable clients, based in Lilydale, Victoria. 

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual for this full time position. Sound & significant wine / wine industry knowledge & extensive hospitality experience is preferred.

Role is hands on and entails all aspects of front of house, management of front of house activities, events & contributing to planning & growing the business. Working weekends / public holidays is essential. 

Ideal Qualities we seek are:
Fantastic operational experience in higher end or fine dining restaurants
An outgoing and upbeat personality
FOH focused manager 
Willingness to be flexible with shifts as to trade demands
The ability to drive a team to service excellence, never taking short cuts
Experience in all aspects of food and beverage service and how to train the team
The ability to manage fast service lunches to high end private dining
Great communications skills
Above average knowledge and ability with operations and Budgets
Leadership ability second to none

Position is a full time role, paying $60,000 +
