Extend Oz are currently looking to engage a full time manager to run an IGA store in the Kimberley, WA.
As the Supermarket Store Manager, you are responsible for the day to day management and maintaining the highest store standards. You will need to lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results in Customer Service.
Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Achieve sales, gross profit & shrinkage budgets/targets
Deliver exceptional customer service
Lead, coach & develop your team
Ensure a high standard of store presentation
Wage control and the ability to roster within set budgets
Inventory management and stocktaking
Implementing in-store marketing & promotions
Prioritising and delegating tasks effectively
General store administration
Key skills the successful applicant will have:
Supermarket retail experience
Strong interpersonal & organisational skills
Hands-on support to the team on a day to day basis
Well-developed customer service skills
The ability to work mornings, days, late evenings and/or weekends
Be flexible and adaptable to change
