Extend Oz are on the look out for an experienced full time Sous Chef to join the team of a busy Beachfront Restaurant in South Australia.
Ideally, we need someone who can follow direction but also step up and take the lead when needed as you will need to relieve the head chef on his days off.
The venue is a busy brunch restaurant, so you would need to be confident with pumping out up to 400 meals on some days.
You will be preparing Australian style cuisine with a focus on Seafood.
Experienced cooks will also be considered alongside Chefs.
