Extend Oz is looking to engage an experienced Fresh Produce Specialist in a well-established supermarket, with extensive fresh areas including a butcher shop, delicatessen, bakery, gourmet foods and remarkable fresh produce. This is a full-time position that will involve a fast paced environment and is a team management role. The Produce department boasts a large variety of fruit and vegetables and extensive bulk and miscellaneous foods area as well. Knowledge and understanding of the retail industry and especially fresh produce, is imperative, along with knowledge of Safe Food and Health regulations.
