Extend Oz are currently looking to engage a full time Sous Chef for our hospitality client based near Exmouth, WA.
Senior CDP Chefs or Sous Chef level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Australian Pub Cuisine needed.
Subsidised onsite accommodation and food are provided.
Duties & Responsibilities;
Following instructions from Head Chef;
Ensuring that kitchen production and presentation is excellent quality at all times;
Ensuring that all work space is correctly prepared prior to commencement of service;
Ensuring kitchen and back areas are thoroughly clean at all times;
Maintaining personal presentation and behaviour to leave a good impression on customers and other staff members.
