Extend Oz are looking to engage an experiened Grill Chef, to work in a well established and very busy Bistro in Devonport, TAS.
We are looking for a passionate and driven team member that can take full responsibility for the Grill section when required.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 12 months experience on Grill
A passion for food, local produce and presentation
Excellent work ethic
Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace, Health and Safety Procedures with experience in HACCP, Food Safety and Infection Control
Full Time/Permanent Part Time employment will be available for suitable applicant.
Hourly rate is negotiable, dependant on experience.
