Extend Oz are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team of a Bistro styled kitchen team, based in Canberra. 

The successful applicants will be honest, have imagination, be driven to maintain the highest of gastronomic standards.

Furthermore, candidates will demonstrate the following qualities in an interview and trial service scenario:

Current formal qualifications
Be well groomed
Experienced in all round kitchen duties
Work well within a small team
Have a calm and methodical demeanour
Understand and recognise food trends
Maintain impeccable hygiene levels
No restrictions to working in Australia

Position is Full Time
Salary is $60-$65k + Super (Depending on experience).
