Extend Oz are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional venue manager for a minimum of 1 year to organise and control front-of-house operations for a successful award winning Craft Brewery. 

Position is to maintain the great reputation for providing fantastic dining, beverages and experiences at the brewery. 

Successful candidates must have the following:

Relevant experience of at least 2/3 years
Solid knowledge of food, beverage and retail operations
Passion for high quality food, beer, wine and cocktails as well as craft beer culture
The ability to lead by example and inspire a team to deliver outstanding sales results
Firm understanding of Western Australian liquor licensing laws and regulations

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
